What Canadian Universities Have Good Creative Writing Programs?

I'm looking at implementing a creative writing program where high school next year. I would at least offer a degree. I know that UBC has a good program (offering a master's degree in IT), and York. I wonder if anyone else has some suggestions for universities with good programs in creative writing. It would be great if you do!

   I don’t know I just asked the same question. I was cosidering UBC, and the other one I looked at that seemed good was “Concordia University” in Montreal, but I don’t want to go that farr.
