It`s a book for a beginner cocktail party club since it`s content is full of recipes for drinks, not stuff people want to read about *blogging*. We didn`t like the book at all (besides the pink cover & design which wasn`t even made by them), disappointing! It should be a “bar & brag brag brag” title on this book instead. Or “Dummies guide on how to be an “gossipy sassy-geek is oh-so-chic”;-) 39 used for sale. . . . more to go. Yes, almost a poet there;-)

    2. I was so excited to see this book on Amazon, as I recently started a style blog for moms. I didn’t feel like waiting on shipping, so I special ordered it from a local bookstore and paid the list price of $25.

I got home and read it in a few hours. I was hoping for more ‘meat’ – I hate to say it, but it seemed like there was a lot of fluff filler in it. The cocktail recipes were worthless to me, as I don’t drink – but I know it’s part of the Moxie Girl angle. I considered exchanging it for another book that would be more informative about entrepreneurial blogging, because the $25 seems really steep for this paperback book, but decided to hang on to it as a reference. If you intend to get serious about blogging, you might want to take a look at some more technical books, even though this book seems fun.

    3. This is a terrific book. I have been such a fan of the Moxie Design Studio over the years that I have actually been known to download their style sheets so I could practice some of their awesome effects. (I got my knuckles rapped for that one. And rightfully so. ) But now I don’t have to anymore — it’s all here! One of the best books on web design I have ever read, and I’ve read a lot of them.

    4. I like this book. I’m fairly new to blogging and already I’ve been able to utilize some of the ideas in this book. I like the little sidebars of fun things to do too!

This was amazing! I learned so much about the world of blogging from this little book. I’m using this as a reference as I go along designing my own blog, and it’s been very helpful in my quest for a site designer. I would really suggest this for anyone out there who wants to create an above average site.
