Creative Writing – Cognitive Domain
This is a short lesson on how to write creatively and how it is different from a lot of essay writing. The video is designed for high school students as the target audience. The purpose of the video is to explain that while creative writing has a formula, it is still important to write in a stream-of-consciousness way, worrying less about grammar, spelling and structure and more about raw ideas that pop into the mind. The instructional objective is to write with abandon and not trying to overthink the process. Editing for grammar and spelling can be done anytime afterwards.
