This is just based on what I know. It depends on who it is and when. A lot of the time vendors pay stars to sit at their booths and sign for free while they show a promo and/or hand or flyers.Most of the time if the person is promoting something they’re in they will sign stuff for free. You will mostly pay for older stars or cult type following stars. Also I saw a lot of people asking for autographs from people walking around and I guess that would be free but I think it’s rude.
WetMovie seems like a cool guy. I too live in the San Fernando Valley, so maybe I will bump into him.
