If one has a good product to sell (either of their own or reselling another company’s products), the same principles can be put into practice. Again, it is just like selling in the off-line world, but the customer base is often much expanded, and hence the profit potential is increased.
A new industry, which did not exist before the invention of the internet, is the affiliate marketing industry (otherwise called internet marketing). This is where, instead of somebody simply selling their own products, it is possible to make money online by marketing other people’s products and earning a commission for each sale which is attributable to the affiliate in question.
By putting in the hard work, and having a bit of creativity and imagination, it is possible to make money online and even to successfully leave the 9-to-5 world completely behind.
